This page explains the current Easy Goal Coach prototype. It must be reviewed and finalized with appropriate legal and privacy advice before any public launch. It does not claim legal compliance.

You can use the feature without adding files. If you request an AI assessment, your selected comfort level, optional “Tell your coach” text, and any screenshots/images or CSV files you choose are sent securely to OpenAI for that assessment.
Easy Goal Coach validates selected files on the server and holds their derived assessment input only while making the request. Raw files are not written to project storage or saved in the database, and temporary references are cleared after the attempt whether it succeeds or fails.
The app stores your selected starting point, the text you enter for your coach, the consent version and timestamp, and only the structured assessment you review and explicitly confirm. It does not store the raw screenshot, image, or CSV content.
The AI result is a draft. You can correct it before confirming. From Settings, open “Starting point & running history” to edit your details, edit or replace a saved assessment, or delete the saved assessment. Deleting an assessment keeps your selected starting point and coach notes unless you change those separately.
